This picture might seem a little silly, but the thing is I love this and I love these two girls.On the left is my roommate and best friend in the whole world, Angela. She is my sanity and fun. In the middle is ME! On the right is my "granlittle" Casey! She is always making me laugh.I am currently a Junior at the University of Alabama, and my major is Special Education K-12. It pretty much consumes my life, but I try to balance everything out. I work at a Early Intervention Center's After School Program. I am in Alpha Delta Chi the Christian Sorority! I love my sisters! My Lord and Savior is at the center of my life and I try to glorify Him in everything I do.
1. I tend to be a little dramatic. I over exaggerate. A lot. I might even have hypochondriac tendencies. I worry a lot, but that's who I am. Love me for it. I'm sorry I care!
2. I have this obsession with Daschunds. I think it runs in my family. They are the most precious little creatures.
3. I love love my family. We have fights, arguments, great talks, and lots of laughs but we will always be family. It's one of the most precious things the Lord has given me.
4. There are 6 women in my life, who I hope will always be there. There is no one who can replace them. Stephanie, Allison, Rachael, Meredith, Kristi, and Riley. I love them so much and would not have survived middle and high school with out them.
5. I love to READ... childrens' books. I know it's silly, but I think that makes a great teacher!
6. Speaking of children, I have a HUGE passion for ministering to children. Jesus found them so precious and I am glad He gave me the gift of teaching.
7. I absolutely love sign language. I am not very fluent yet, but one of my goals is to be a translator.
8. I want to adopt. I think my mother thinks I am crazy. I know it's expensive. I know it's hard, but the Lord didn't give me a passion for it for no reason.
9. I don't just want to adopt, I want to be a foster mother. I don't want to do it for very long, but before I have children and after my children have moved out , I want to take care of the Lord's children that are not being taken care of.
10. I wish I could cook every meal, every single day. I love to cook.
11. I'm a southern girl. I love sweet tea, corn bread, fried chicken with (hot sauce on it) and life just isn't right without country music.
12. Christmas is my FAVORITE holiday. It makes me so happy!!!!!!!!!!!
13. One Tree Hill is my current obsession. I am on Season two.
14. Disney World is the happiest place on Earth. THE END. I absolutely love that place. I think it's borderline obsessive.
15. The Hand in Hand Special Needs Ministry is my absolute passion. There is nothing that makes me feel so blessed. Until you understand that about me. You do not know me.
